With my background in medicine, I gained a strong understanding of how the body responds to stress, hormones, fatigue, nourishment, emotions, and life transitions. But it wasn’t until my own transformative season — navigating emotional shifts, intimacy changes, and unexpected physical reactions — that I realised:
