I’m Dr. Uwa, a Women’s Wellness & Lifestyle Consultant. I hold a medical degree and draw from my medical training in my work as an educator. My guidance is solely holistic, wellness-based, and lifestyle-focused — not medical services or treatment.

I created Life With Dr. Uwa as a soft, safe space for women who want to feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate the quiet, complex seasons of their well-being.

My Story

Before I ever taught women about balance, softness, or inner restoration, I had to walk through those seasons myself.

I am a mother, a wife, and a career woman who has lived through transitions — the exhaustion of postpartum, the quiet changes in my body, the overwhelming pressure to “keep going,” and the internal shift that happens when your hormones, emotions, and lifestyle no longer feel familiar.

I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else until nothing is left for you.
I know what it means to feel disconnected from yourself.
And I know the courage it takes to say:
“I want to feel like myself again.”

These experiences shaped the heart of my work — helping women listen to the signals their bodies whisper, understand their internal rhythms, and rebuild a relationship with themselves rooted in awareness and compassion.
